Shadow puppets for The Golden Hinde museum

I designed and made a collection of hand-crafted shadow puppets for a series of original storytelling performances aboard The Golden Hinde. Created for the ship's summer children's programme, the puppets brought new tales to life through the magic of shadow theatre.

Made from layers of paper and card, each puppet was designed with simple moving parts and hand-held controls, allowing expressive movement and interaction during the performances. Inspired by traditional shadow puppetry, the collection combined handcrafted making with imaginative storytelling, inviting young audiences to step into a world of adventure aboard one of London's most historic ships.
